Basic Delivery Period


+ 7th~14th   


+ Shipping costs and taxes related to overseas delivery vary by country.

+ Tariffs are not included in the shipping fee. 

+ If the price of the product is above a certain level, duties and various taxes may be imposed according to the customs standards of the product destination.

+ Tariffs and taxes are not included in the overseas shipping fee, and you have to pay extra when you receive the product. 

+ Some European countries, including Canada, the UK and Germany, are classified as somewhat demanding countries for customs/customs procedures, so please contact your nearest post office or customs office for more detailed and accurate tariff information.    



 

RETURN & EXCHANGE


+ Please apply for exchange and return within 14 days of receipt through My Page and Q&A bulletin board.

+ Apply for exchange of defective or misdelivered products within 7 days of receipt of the product.

   (As of the date of receipt of the product, it must arrive at the place of purchase within 14 days.)

+ If an exchange or refund application has not been filed with WAIKEI within 7 days of receiving the product, it cannot be exchanged or processed if the product is sent first without applying.

+ You must ship the product within 5 days of receipt of exchange and return. Exchanges and refunds are not available if the deadline is exceeded.

+ Products that have been exchanged and returned will be shipped and refunded after collection and inspection.

+ Order cancellation is only possible when waiting for delivery.



Precautions for Return / Non-exchange and return items and precautions


+ If you change your mind, you will receive a refund after deducting the shipping cost and the relevant taxes charged between the return and collection process.

+ After applying for exchange and return, you must register directly with the courier to process returns and refunds.

+ In the case of exchanges and returns due to product defects or misdelivery, please contact the Q&A bulletin board or e-mail [waikeics@naver.com] to pay for the round-trip delivery fee at WAIKEI.

   (For change of mind returns and exchanges, shipping charges will be charged.)

+ Products that have lost their value due to traces of use, damage, contamination, etc.

Products with specific accessories ( socks, jewelry, leather products, cell phone case, beanie, etc.) and tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

+ Hat products can be easily modified, so please return them using the box you received during delivery.

+ WAIKEI will not be responsible if the product is damaged during transportation due to poor packaging, so please be careful.

+ The product returned to Korea because you refused to receive it cannot be shipped again.

All costs incurred in this process (international shipping, domestic tariffs, tariffs) will be borne by the consumer and the cost will be deducted upon refund.
